Bishop & Chairman

The Most Rev. Dr. Nazarane Soosai. D.Th. is the Bishop of the Kottar and also the Chairman of Bishop Remigius School. He is a great scholar and a philosopher. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Political Science at the University of Madurai. He acquired his Licentiate Degree in Theology at the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium (1998-2000) and his Doctorate in Theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome (2000-2003). After his studies he was appointed as Professor of Theology and later as the Dean of Theology at the Sacred Heart Seminary, Chennai.

Having studied and taught in European universities and being aware of the international level of educational institutions, his graceful presence, futuristic vision and proficient guidance helps our school to reach greater heights. His industrious nature and personal commitment has contributed high quality of education in the school.

Rev.Fr.Grace Gunabal Arachi

Rev.Fr.Grace Gunabal Arachi, is a man of noble virtues with exponential experience in the field of education. He holds Masters in Counselling Psychology from De La Salle University, Manila and Education Specialist title from Seaton Hall University, New Jersey, US. As the Correspondent of the school, he takes care of all the activities of the school. He firmly believes that knowledge in all its forms must make us more aware, more sensitive and therefore more humble.

Rev.Fr.Aloysius Maria Benzigar

Financial Administrator

Rev.Fr.Aloysius Maria Benzigar, has a strong academic record and holds Ph.D. in Social Ethics from the University of Munich, Germany. He is the Financial Administrator of the Diocese of Kottar. He is an able administrator and successfully managing the entire financial operations of the school including financial planning and property management.
